2. Core Provisions: Booking & Cancellation
How to Book
Casa Delizia is available exclusively as a whole-house rental. To make a reservation or for any enquiries, please contact us directly by phone or email at info@casadelizia.it.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements at Casa Delizia vary by season:
- October – April: Minimum 4 nights
- May: Minimum 5 nights
- June: Minimum 6 nights
- July, August, September: Minimum 7 nights
- Holiday periods (Christmas & New Year's): Minimum 7 nights
Exceptions may be made only in extraordinary circumstances and following prior agreement.
Payment Terms
A booking is confirmed upon agreement of the reservation details and payment of a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due by the day of arrival. Payment arrangements are agreed upon directly with the Service Provider.
Cancellation & Modification Terms
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 45 days before the arrival date. The deposit will be refunded in full.
- Late Cancellation (within 45 days): Cancellations made within 45 calendar days of arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Transfer: The reservation may be transferred in its entirety to another person, provided the original guest notifies us in writing with the new guests' details in advance.
3. Children & Pets
As Casa Delizia is rented exclusively as a whole house, guests of all ages — including children under 12 — are warmly welcome. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
4. Governing Law & Amendments
Matters not addressed in these Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law and applicable EU regulations. These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of publication and remain valid until withdrawn.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. By using the website or completing a booking, users acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions apply to them automatically.

The website's privacy policy is available as a separate document under the Privacy Policy section of the website.
