House Rules

We've compiled the most important guidelines to ensure that everyone's stay is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. By completing a booking, guests automatically agree to these House Rules.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. To allow thorough preparation, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate earlier arrivals — please keep this in mind when planning your journey.
Check-Out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated no later than 10:00 AM.

2. Guests, Age Policy & Pets

Only guests named in the reservation may be present on the property. External visitors may be welcomed only after prior arrangement.

We are unable to accommodate children under 12, or pets of any kind.

3. Common Areas & Living Rooms

Books and board games in the two shared living rooms are available to all guests. Please treat them with care, and kindly refrain from removing furniture or décor from the rooms.

On the upper terrace, please take extra care with glassware to prevent accidents.

4. Meals, Kitchen & Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Coffee is included and may be brought to your room (please return cups each day). For additional coffee throughout the day, an honesty box is available — we ask that you place €1 in the designated container per cup.
The kitchen is not available for cooking. Preparing sandwiches or cutting fruit and vegetables is permitted, but please wash any utensils used afterward.
Meals may only be enjoyed in the dining room or on the terraces.
Each room has one dedicated shelf in the refrigerator for personal food items. Any spoiled or moldy food will be discarded immediately for hygiene reasons.

5. Linens, Towels & Laundry

One set of bed linens and towels per bed is provided weekly. Additional sets are available for a fee: €5 per towel set, €5 per linen set.
Please use the washing machine and dryer as intended — we're happy to assist with settings if needed. Kindly return the drying rack and ironing board to their designated place after use.

6. Pool & Garden

The pool is a shared space. For safety reasons, jumping into the water and bringing food, drinks, or glassware poolside are strictly prohibited.
Water quality is monitored and treated daily. Guests must not handle or add any chemicals to the pool.
Please do not pick fruit, flowers, herbs, or plants from the garden. Leave the garden, courtyard, and pool area tidy after each use.

7. Quiet Hours, Safety & Environment

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for fellow guests and neighbors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on its terraces. It is permitted only in the garden.
Please refrain from running inside the house or on staircases.
When leaving your room, always close windows and switch off lights and air conditioning units.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. Please report any damage or faults to us immediately.
Guests use the property at their own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings.
