When Ancient Stone Found New Life
If these walls could speak, they would tell you that Casa Delizia was not born as a single building. Five separate parcels, hand-designed and woven together into one 250-square-meter, three-story home. During the 2022 restoration, we approached every original stone and beam with deep reverence, preserving the character of the land while creating something entirely new. The result was recognized when the house was featured on the cover of a prestigious interior design magazine in the summer of 2023.
Behind the thick stone walls, warm and welcoming spaces now unfold — where rustic heritage and refined modern comfort coexist in quiet harmony. Air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, and generous living areas that breathe with a slow, Italian rhythm. Behind the house, a lush herb garden and a private pool await. And when the evening lights come on, the terrace becomes the perfect stage for wine-fueled conversations that stretch long into the night.
For us, hospitality is about shared experiences. The magnificently equipped kitchen and spacious dining room are no accident — Casa Delizia is also home to Tuscan culinary tours, where we cook together with our guests.
