Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Finalizing Your Booking & Payment
Bookings are made through our website (www.casadelizia.it). A reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total rate (the deposit) in advance. The remaining 50% is due no later than the day of arrival. A confirmation will be sent following a successful online transaction.
2. Cancellation Policy & Modifications
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Free Cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 45 days before the arrival date. In this case, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation Fee (within 45 days): Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Transfer: Should your travel plans fall through, the reservation dates and duration cannot be modified, but the booking may be transferred in its entirety to another person. Please notify us in writing with the new guest's details prior to arrival.
3. Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements at Casa Delizia vary by season:
- October 1 – April 30: Minimum 4 nights
- May: Minimum 5 nights
- June: Minimum 6 nights
- July 1 – September 30: Minimum 7 nights
- Holiday periods (Christmas & New Year's): Minimum 7 nights
4. Children & Pets
Due to the nature of the property, specific policies apply regarding children and pets:
- Children (Room bookings): When booking individual rooms, we welcome guests aged 12 and above only. Children under 12 cannot be accommodated in this case.
- Children (Whole house rental): If you rent the entire house (all 4 rooms) exclusively, children under 12 are welcome.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property — whether booking individual rooms or the entire house.
