Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Finalizing Your Booking & Payment
Reservations are made by contacting us directly by phone or email. A reservation is confirmed upon agreement of the details and payment of a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due no later than the day of arrival. Payment arrangements are agreed upon directly with the Service Provider.
2. Cancellation Policy & Modifications
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Free Cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 45 days before the arrival date. In this case, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation Fee (within 45 days): Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Transfer: Should your travel plans fall through, the reservation dates and duration cannot be modified, but the booking may be transferred in its entirety to another person. Please notify us in writing with the new guest's details prior to arrival.
3. Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements at Casa Delizia vary by season:
- October 1 – April 30: Minimum 4 nights
- May: Minimum 5 nights
- June: Minimum 6 nights
- July 1 – September 30: Minimum 7 nights
- Holiday periods (Christmas & New Year's): Minimum 7 nights
4. Children & Pets
- Children: As Casa Delizia is rented exclusively as a whole house, guests of all ages — including children under 12 — are warmly welcome.
- Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
