"Meat on Thursday" Cooking Experience
Every Thursday is meat day. Our antipasto, which is literally “before the pasta”, will be a delicious home-made bruschetta which we prepare together. After this comes the primo, which translates “the first” which is mostly a pasta or a risotto. We will decide this together with you, and find something you either love to eat, or never have tasted. The secondo on Thursdays is always our huge grilled Bistecca Fiorentina with a light salad. For dessert we will prepare a dolce, maybe a panna cotta. All prepared by you, under our watchful eyes!The menu could look like this:
- Crostini Toscano on chicken liver with capers and vin santo
- spaghetti alla puttanesca with capers and acciughe
- a grilled beef tagliata with fresh arugula and parmesan shaves
- panna cotta with wild berries
You will always have the opportunity to buy local culinary products which are perfectly suited to be transported home without cooling.
